The laboratory test performed by rtRT-PCR for SARS-CoV-2 detection for all specimens and positivity rate was 56(5.1%).

Influenza and other respiratory pathogens detection were performed by multiplex rtRT-PCR for the 62(5.6%) samples from influenza sentinel sites. Thepositivity rate was 4(6.5%) Entervirus, 25(40%) Rhinovirus, 1(1.6%) Paravirus, 1(1.6%) Adenovirus, 2(3.2%) Bocavirus, 1(1.6%) SARS-CoV-2 respectively.
